I am coming next month to manila. Can I extend my tourist visa at the airport. I am Singaporean. Thanks for your help.

Yes, I believe you can, but Airport Immigration upon entry is not obligated to do that for you, so be prepared to go to the main immigration office or a convenient branch office near where you might be staying. Either way, the process is not difficult ! See on-line ..
