Work Exp letter for Australia PR

Hi All,

Currently, working as a Senior Soft Engg in USA. Planning to apply for Australia PR. I have total of 12yrs of exp. I am in process of getting Work Exp letters.

Prob: One of my org has had a merger twice and now the HR of current company said they dnt have emp data of previous employees and they have stopped issuing work exp letters too. The same issue with one more org. I am loosing 4yrs of my work experience due to this.
Is there any other way I can get paper work done as per ACS skill assessment body? I mean I do not have senior management ppl’s contact either.
I read that if your senior can get your work exp on a statutory or affidavit letter then work exp is accepted by ACS.

Is there any 3rd solution to the problem??

Unfortunately there is no 3rd solution.You have to work within the parameters given to you by ACS.
