I’m living in my family house ...i can’t make contract or anything because the house name is in my parents name?
1) what should i do in this case!? how i can make contract or anything that i’m living with my family?
plz help me as soon as possible..

You can get a letter from your parents (assuming they own the house) that you are staying there. I assume you want to apply for your spouse's visa and show this as proof of accommodation. If so, in the letter it must also be mentioned that your spouse can live in that house.
