Renewal of 1 year visit visa

Hi..i would like to know if 1 year multiple entry visa can be renewed for next 1 year with person living inside bahrain or he needs to exit and then only it can be renewed?

Hi,

Extension conditions:
• This visa can be extended at the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs office (NPRA) in the kingdom of Bahrain on payment of a fee.

It can be renewed when the person is here, but i am not sure how long will the extension validity be, Kindly visit NPRA and verify.
