lost of driving license

Last week I have been snatch near 18Th street, Dammam. I lost everything including my iqama, driving license and credit card. The question is, do I need to pay for the replacement for the driving licensed even though I have my police report with me?

Sorry to hear that, curious tho, can you tell where the snatcher from, was he local or foreigner?

I've lost my national ID last year, I had to pay 300 for a replacement, not sure about your case since you're not Saudi, you might get a different process
