Car loan from Al Rajhi Bank

Good Day,
I have car loan which is im paying it monthly in Al Rajhie Bank. it’s already 3 years i was paying it and suddenly I become sick that I cant work anymore and I went for a 5 days leave to seek for treatment in my country. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to come back and I was informed my workplace that they terminate me already.
I asked my friend to look for someone who wants to continue the payment by going to the bank and transfer the car loan from my name to their name. the bank refused it because they cant do that without the first owner’s presence. The question is what will happen to my car? i have heared someone same case with me after 2 to 3 months al rajhie bank took the car where it was left. second question are they still going to look for me to pay the remaining amounts even they took the car already + 3 years of payments.
