Hi my name is Kay & i am a Singapore Citizen.

I was legally married to my husband here in Singapore.  It is my desire to live with my husband here but due to ignorance & mistake of ours & not knowing we were suppose to put the address where he was residing ICA  caught us & told my husband to leave Singapore as we did not provide the correct address in the form.

The reason being my children are all grown up & they did not agree to the marriage so we decided that he would stay at a rented place for time being. Since i was the sponsor i thought i was suppose to write my address where i live as i am the owner of the house.

It's been almost  9 months since he has left Singapore & we have been appealing to ICA but they have been rejecting our appeal.  We have been through a lot of pain since he left & do not know what is the next thing we should do. Please advice.

Your case seems to be seen as a serious violation of registration rules.
In any case, ICA decides how long your husband is banned and under which circumstances he can get a Singapore visa again. So you should work with ICA and follow their recommendations to the point!

Thank u very much for the reply.  Appreciate! How  should i work with them on this matter.

First call (or visit) to find out what the matter is and how long they plan to ban him. Then ask what (if anything) you can do to get the ban lifted earlier. Then do that.
