Hi I got an offer from Spain's Michelin restaurant.to join them they want to sign agreement with my college for student visa.But I am already graduated.so please give me a solution.

Why the agreement with the college?
Sounds a little suspect to me.
Maybe they wish you to have the student visa so they can employ you only part time or they wish to employ you full time but do not want to go through the process of paying for a work visa for you.

Perhaps ask the college for information and also the restaurant.
