Application of US B1/B2 visa without holding an IQAMA

Hello L & G,

Being an Indian national holding a 1 yr visit work visa (not Iqama), Can I apply for a US B1/B2 visa inside a US consulate in Saudi?

You can email them and ask but I don't think so unless they are more relaxed about this now. You apply for a visa from an Embassy or consulate of the country of your citizenship or residence - in this case, India. The only times you are allowed to apply while being on a visit visa (tourist or business visa) is when there is no consulate in your home country e.g. I once applied for a Serbian visa while being on a visit visa in the UK.
