Residence permit application cancelled.

I applied for a tourist residence permit and got a feedback today that it had been cancelled and unsuccessful.
I was instructed that i can apply for a different type of residence permit within 10 days..yes only 10 days.
What are my options here .. am desperate.

all application to Istanbul are denied due to saturation, the city has over 10 million people.

For turist residence they are giving just 6 months for larger cities like Istanbul. By the way, take in account you have to show a rental contract signed by the owner and notary, also a passport copy translated and signed by a notary too. Your health insurance should cover the period of time you are appling for. They can ask you for your bank account balance for the last six months.
