You should contact the Ukraine Embassy in India : https://india.mfa.gov.ua/en they will guide you.

Hi Lucky,

You will need to go through the embassy, as Bhavna suggested. But, as you suggested in another post, you are looking to setup a company in Ukraine. In order to do so, you will need a Ukrainian partner to act as the Company Director. Foreigners cannot be Company Directors in Ukraine.

Once you have a company, you can be employed by them and obtain a Work Permit. After that, you can apply for a Visa and finally, a residency permit...
