Im already suffering from depression and anxiety or whatever it is. It has been 3 months and still no progress for my application. I don't want to think that Bahrain is not for me. I need go to Bahrain. I have to.

If you suspect you've got either depression or anxiety disorder (or both) it is worth seeking professional assistance before you go anywhere.
I've had signs of depression about ten years ago and started running away from it - from country to country, but it does not matter where you go, you bring yourself with you. Depression complicated everything because being abroad I also lost my support network that was available at home and doubled the stress (culture shock, being homesick, not fitting in, etc.).
