Unless you have Degree and 2-3 years work experience immigration don't usually approve an EP https://esd.imi.gov.my/portal/pdf/TC-ES … r-2017.pdf

->is i need to survive cooling-off period (3 months) ?
NO
->is i need to go back to my home country?
YES*
->How long it will tack to get new EP?
when you hav the required work experience

2nd scenario

=>is i need to service the cooling-off period,
YES (if PVP still valid when you change company)
=>->How long it will tack to get new EP?
when you have the required work experience
