Hi guys
My name is gurmale Singh pall aka as Tony,I am a Scottish born Sikh living in northern ireland, I wish to start an Irish themed bar, I need advice about China, bureaucratic procedures and health and safety,and good locations.

Look up Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise on Google. You will need to set this up. Then you will need to partner with some local Chinese to do all the paperwork and running around that you would need to do.

Your best best is to find an existing Irish pub and buy it from the existing owners. What is your previous experience in running an Irish Pub?
