I have been doing some research and i can not figure out how to apply as a seasonal fruit picker from Kenya, Africa, i would appreciate some assistance.

No such thing! Yes, there is seasonal agricultural work but jobs first have to be given to Germans or other EU workers before a work visa is given. This only happens for skilled jobs. There are enough workers from countries like Poland, Bulgaria and Romania that agricultural workers from non-EU countries will not be given German work visas. There are also hundreds of thousands of non-EU citizens that have been granted asylum here, many of whom might take such jobs.
