Ica for child care student pass Appel letter

Has anyone known how to write a appeal letter for rejected student's pass to ICA ? My Daughter is 2years old baby for child care.im working here about 14 years  and I’m s pass holder.
my Daughter student's pass application has been rejected.
but now ica asked me to sent the appeal letter.
Has anyone could help me ?

For relevant replies you should better start a new one!

What is the rejection reason? (If you don't know, find it out first!)
What will you do to address the rejection reason? (Without that, an appeal has no chance.)
