Migration agent in Australia

Hi,

I want to apply for Partner Visa, and I want to do it through an agent based in Australia (My partner is in Australia; I am in Vietnam). I was researching agents and I found a Mr. Laurie Duncan who works with Absolute Immigration. He apparently has 50 years of experience in partner visas and has handled 600 successful cases. Does anyone have any information on Mr. Duncan, either personal experience or if he helped someone you know. I want to be sure before I go ahead.
