Firstly you are not likely to get many answers if you start with that sort of attitude!

Secondly, all you need to do is read the pinned post that you posted on earlier! It gives you the info you are asking for about residency in Malta for EU citizens and their spouses, presumably you could not be bothered to read it! Your spouse might find work in computers, more likely as self employed, but the experience of Bauxite mining is unlikely to be of help.
