Dear All,

i just want to share my status right now in my current employer, i join in a new company just only for 2 weeks and my visa was already transferred and my passport was already stamp but my passport was under the custody of the HR. and now i decided to file a resignation letter because i cant handle the pressure and stress and that is my reasons, but my Manager did not accept my resignation letter. and i send my letter through post office. and now i receive a job offer letter in other company but my problem was my current employer dont want to cancel immediately my visa. to transfer in my new employer.

You need to approach MOL and file a complaint. Then approach LMRA with the judgement of MOL to enable visa cancellation.

For passport, go to the police station and register case. It is illegal for employer to hold your passport.
