Hello,
Please I would like to know if anyone have have similar experience whereby after waiting for the period of 90days and went to take your permit only to hear that is not ready and that you should come between 7 to 10days. Please if anyone have this kind of issue or have the possible knowledge of the problem should please tell me because am worried and my current permit is expiring in November 1st.

No need to worry, as long as you have the receipt they gave you, all is OK.
