Hello, I arrived here in March and was able to reach the 182 days this September 2018.
Can I take leave more than 14 days already? Example my flight will be on December 19th-January 6th (19 days).
Will this affect my residency rate for 2019? Can I still refund my tax for 2018?
Thanks!

As long as you cover 182 days in one year, you shouldn't have to worry much!
