In house Doctor Visit

Hi Friends,
I wanted to know your experience with home doctor visits? My grandma needs an ultrasound and perhaps other tests, however, it is not very easy for her to leave her house and use the stairs...has anyone used trustworthy doctors with the capacity to offer ultrasounds in home? Or other needed tests depending on the condition? I fear hospital stays as the longer you stay the more likely you are to get an infection etc...any modern doctors out there? Appreciate your input!
