Hi,
I am working in SG for more than 8 years. I recently got offer from a start up and my EP was rejected salary was 8.1k. Company HR said there was some issue with the Job advertising and already appealed. But status still shows rejected ( I checked the next day of appeal). What are the chances that EP getting approved. Is someone already had this experience before ?
My current company always renew my EP and no issues.

If you read previous responses then you must have come to know that if your employer rectify the error before appealing then MoM will review the case again.

EPOnline won’t change the status till it’s approved. Good luck

Please check your grammar and interpunctuation before posting a message, as yours above is barely understandable as you wrote it.
So your EP was rejected because employer did not pay some of his employees and thus has a black mark with MoM? If so, then that might or might not cause future EP applications (incl. yours) to be rejected, even after the matter is settled. The period of such a ban on hiring foreigners depends on the seriousness of the infraction.
Why would you want to join such an employer??? (I recommend you look for another one!)
