Legally binding marriage certificate in Sri Lanka

Hi there! Me and my fiancée we are living in two different countries, I live in USA my fiancée in Kyrgyzstan, but we are both citizen of Kyrgyzstan. Next month we are planning go to Sri Lanka and get married there. My main purpose is get real legally binding marriage certificate. 1) is it possible?
2) what documents are required?
3) how we can do it?
4) how long does it take?

I think you may have to contact the embassy of Kyrgyzstan in SL to make your marriage legal according to Kyrgyzstani authorities since both of you are citizens of Kyrgyzstan. How ever it is good to contact a law firm in SL too because a marriage is the most serious legal document two people put their signature. It has to be done in the right way. Good Luck!
