Hi i wanna ask i just downgraded my visa that was SCWV visa after that i got oder to leave then after that i applied for Motion for reconcedaration. So i can apply for a depandant visa in manila under my husband visa
Its right i did or
Do i need to exist the country then come and apply for depandant visa
Plz advice me tnx

Hi Dora,
Since the authorities issued you an order to leave you will need to depart first the country. On your return you can proceed for application of new visa under the dependent of your Spouse.
