Advice on Shipping Goods to Brussels

Hello,

Anyone has advice in shipping goods(50-100 Kgs) from Mumbai/Pune to Brussels? Any preferred Courier/package delivery services? Can I directly send the package to a friend of mine, who stays in Brussels and then later collect from him once we arrive there? Do we have any restrictions in sending items/goods.
