Immigration advice for my fiancee please

Hi everyone. I am a british citizen. I live in spain with my fiancee, he is from Venezuela and we've been together for 2 years in September. He has spanish residence and right to work. We both want to move to England and work full time. He speaks really good English and has a lot of qualifications. What is the best way for me to bring him to England and which visa to apply for. I don't mind marrying in Spain or England, whichever would be better for us. We really need to get this right! Thank you

Right now, the easiest visa would be a family visa; this link will take you to the UK Gov website that deals with this.
