i have just realized my uk driving license has expired will I be able to get a new license in Cyprus if so what will i need to get a CYPRIOT license.

If you no longer live in the UK, you will not be able to get a new UK license. You will have to exchange it for a Cypriot license. Should Brexit happen you may not be able to exchange the license and therefore have to take a new test.

As it's expired you may need to pass a test here.... best bet is to renew in uk with uk address then change to Cypriot one
