What kind of job? If you explain it might be easier to identify possible employers (who are the actual sponsors for work permit applications).

Otherwise there is a database of MSC companies available online

But there are many thousands of them hence what type of job are you looking for.

If it's IT then most companies large enough to recruit foreigners will have MSC status

Recruiting is a local job and based on commission so no work permit possible.

Foreigners can no longer hold decision making roles in Malaysia or positions that control budgets.

These days not much available to foreigners except software and data engineering. Check if your qualifications are acceptable in Malaysia.
