Hi hope someone can help me...we have taken the plunge and we are moving to Cascais next week from Manchester. We have four dogs and I was wondering if anyone knew if anyone who would be prepared to look after them occasionally when I visit friends back in England? Thanks

Welcome to the Forum :)

Just a suggestion, maybe wait till you have settled in and see what your neighbors are like maybe one of them might be able to help?

Thanks for your reply...I will keep fingers crossed that someone is brave enough to take on my huge Great Dane!

Hi did you move from Manchester

we are a couple from London looking to move Cascais next year some time. It’s a move we have wanted to do for a few years but life has interrupted but here we go again and I think it’s going to happen!
We are now child free and so schools are not important.
Do you have any advice or we can chat to in the next couple of weeks over coffee or lunch as we will be there in a few days for 2 weeks.

Irrespective of where you plan to move to, good advice would be to rent there for at least 6 months, to get the feel of the area.
