Looking for funds / property for rent for retreat centre Narbonne area

Hi! I'm Cynthia, from the Netherlands. I have been living in Narbonne since 4 weeks with my husband Jan.
We want to open up a retreat centre, focused on business retreats. We have a business plan in Dutch and French, which many people and organisations are enthusiastic about. But we couldn't find investors for our plan though, since we are entrepreneurs from abroad. We have found a very nice property and a couple who might be interested in investing and collaborating with us, but we'll have to see how that goes. So in the meantime, maybe anyone here has an idea on where to find investors, or a property that we could rent instead of buying it, or anything else really. I'd love to hear from you!
