Advice buying tickets for first entry to Australia

Hi,
I live in Dubai. Applied for immigration and have received the visa for entry. Have to enter by june 05 2019. I don't have much experience traveling other than my home country so I am finding it really difficult to look for tickets at a reasonable flight. We are a family of 5. Since flights are long, I'm looking for cheaper flights with at least screen and average leg space. The prices range is very broad starting from acceptable to totally unreasonable. Can anyone guide me as to where to get started, any tips, any specific airlines, time to choose for cheaper tickets etc.

Try www cleartrip.ae cheapest flight
There many other websites but don't book with it as you might end up loosing on some other hidden cost or benefits.

Like baggage allowance, meals etc.
