Go to your local consulate of embassy and they will help you and its totally free and confidential. They are there for Brits who are overseas and need help. I don't have the number for the consulate in Rabat, but the one in Marrakech is 0661076659. His name is Mathew Virr and that's his direct mobile number, as you can contact them 24hrs a day in emergency situations like yours. Call him and he will help you and give you all the help and info you need.
