I was working here in Singapore for almost 2 yrs already but last March 2019 my previous job close down. They cancel my pass and gave me 1 more month to stay in Singapore but then i already found a job and got my IPA already. My visit pass is ending on 20th March. Do i still need to exit to other country and come back Singapore again? Thank you for your responses and advice :)

If the validity of your IPA starts before your visit pass ends, you do not need to leave the country. But you should contact ICA before the visit pass expire and have your status updated.
