Spous Dependent Visa On Hold

Post new topic

ankit2626

Hello,

My name is Ankit and have applied my Wife's dependent visa via VFS. Today I received a message from Embassy of Belgium stating that the Visa application is on hold. Does anyone know what are the possible reasons to put the visa application on hold? is it the normal procedure ?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Hi Ankit,

Normally a letter from the VFS is sent to you which clarifies why the visa is put on Hold , if its related to documentation then additional time is given to submit the related documentation, until then the visa will be kept on HOLD. wait for the letter from VFS(VFS sends EOD after scanning the letter).

I have received letter from consulate of Belgium

It says "Your Application has been submitted for a decision to Belgium Authorities".

Not sure why it has been forwarded to them.

what are the chances of Success & further process to be followed.
