Just above your post in the Forum is a post titled "NON EU CITIZENS APPLYING FOR A UK WORK VISA"; I recommend you read it to see if you would qualify for a UK work visa.

I had a UK business visa and have been there, so if I have a job offer from UK, I would qualify for a work visa.

Hi again.

Perhaps not. These are 2 different visas (the one you had to visit the UK on business, the other is to live and work in the UK); in order to live and work in the UK, you must qualify for one of the professions described in the Shortage Occupations list I referred you to.
