I don't know how to relocate there and start a business

Hi Everyone lots of love and respect to everyone here from India.

I Parichaya Paul a M Tech Graduate from India currently owns a Pharmaceuticals business would like to
relocate to Thailand" The land of Smiles" as it is the perfect place for natural beauty, culture and tradition. I have been to Thailand in 2015 and was in love with it from the moment go.
But, I don't know how to relocate there and start a business as it is not possible to own 100% of this business if you are not a Thai national.
Would it be possible to get a reasonable job and work in Thailand.

Anyone with suggestions or comments/ideas would be highly appreciated.

hello sir,

You can hold a 100% owner ship . If your project approved by BOI with minimum 5 million baht investment. or if your project only for the export oriented.
This process is little bit long need lot of effort for project approval.

Second most easy option is to open thai company. (with 51% thai Shareholder and 49% your share holding).

But it didnt mean you not have any hold in the company. Generally they cannot transfer or sold the share, Thai shareholder dont have any voting rights.
So simply you have complete control on company.
it is much easier way to start company in Thailand.
