Well there are family visit visas but pretty much, the only guaranteed ones you get are Mother, Father, Mother-in Law and Father in Law.

Every other relation depends on your luck. Majority of the visas for other relations are rejected. Apply online and see.

The only options you would have is to try with wasta or get them a business visit visa from your company. Or wait until the Saudi tourist visa becomes operational.
