Planning to come bahrain, to establish my self as a freelance Makeup artist.

Your biggest issue would be that you would need a sponsor for a visa, in the form of a company. That means you have to work for someone but can't freelance. If someone tells you that you can do that and pay for a visa, be aware that it is illegal - there is no such thing as "free visas" in Bahrain.

There are no types of freelance visas for Bahrain. The Flex-permit applies only to terminated and expired visas.
