Hey, I have moved from england to germany
And i am finding it hard to make friends how do i make local friends and what are some othercsocial issue you may be dealing with?

Germans are known to be difficult to approach and need time to warm up to new social contacts. So you are not alone with your problem.
In my opinion, the best is to meet them during common activities or interests: Join one of the many assopciations (e.g. sports clubs, hobby circles, orchestras or choirs, etc.)!

Like Beppi mentioned, sports clubs or clubs for hobbies are ideal. Otherwise people usually meet through school or work.
