Buying the car insurance to the North Cyprus after office hours

Hi
My and my family are coming over to Cyprus this week, we are staying on the North part of Cyprus. We are landing in Larnaca.I am aware that we have to buy the car insurance at the boarders. Please can someone advise is it possible to buy it at 22:30? Or suggest if there is any option to buy it after the out office hours or is it one which is open 24/7?

Does your car hire company know your staying in the north?
Car insurance at the boarder is only third party.

Good point Terry. .. it's very unusual for a hire company to allow their cars to go over the border....
