Dear,
rent start from QRs. 4000  to QRs. 20,000 (Euro 900 to 3500) depends of type 2 or 3 bed rooms flat or villa - at compound or free stand fully furnitured or not
other expens like food start from QRs. 50 per person reach to QRs. 150 (Euro 10 to 30)
Phone call its cheap as i know (Qrs. 300 (Euro 60) will get 1200min local calls + 250 sms free) this one of the offers just for example
taxi fare its littel expensive now better if you will have you own car.

anything els you need just ask and i will do my best to answer you
