Hi can someone give me any information on this, how long to apply, cost etc.
I am asking for my friend and I think she is being 'played' by a Moroccan man. he applied for a visa to uk to visit her and got refused so now wants to meet her in spain for them to be together for a holiday. how does this visa work and what is the cost. thanks

It's all on the Internet. Most of us are Expats, and as such have no need to apply for a Visa.
The simplest way to find out is to contact the Embassy of the country you wish your/their main stay to be in.
