Good day to all I just want to ask if once my visa is cancel I can get my imdemnity or need to transfer the visa?

XTang

No need to transfer.  You should get your indemnity before cancellation ideally.

They told me that I couldn't get my money unless it's transfer or I get new sponsor or I'll go back to my country.

XTang

The moment they cancel your visa, you stop being their employee.  You have 30 days to find a job or leave.   They should pay you the indemnity immediately upon visa cancellation if not before.

Thank you so much for the information.
