So..I have a valid work visa with my current employer. They have opened my visa for transfer, as I will move to another employer.
I am travelling and coming back to Bahrain and then leave for the summer to my home country.
My worry is that I will not be allowed back into Bahrain when I return from short trip.
My new employer handed in all necessary documents for the transfer of my visa as well as that of my one dependent.
Anybody able to give me some advice or answers?

You should not leave while mobility is in process. Wait till it is done and then go.
