I want to undertake mandatory PDUs for PMP preparation. I would appreciate recommendations on quality PMP preparation academy in Riyadh (providing training and recognized PDU completion certificate).

Else, I am also looking for latest PMP course material.

Welcome dear, i haven't taken the test yet but i have the required PDUs n planing to attempt it.I suggest you to do it before 31 Aug 2011 if you able to get require PDUs as the course will be updated after 31st Aug.

I heard a lot about PMPs. Are there really some good paying jobs out here in RIyadh for PMPs?

You mean PMBOK 4th Edition wont be valid after 31st August,2011 ? Is that authentic ? because i read somewhere that PMBOK 4th Edition will remain valid till 2013, means no change in syllabus till 2013.

Not sure about jobs in Riyadh though, but generally its considered vital for pursuing career as project manager.

Hi Gents....

Let me clarify some points in the discussion, I have completed my PMP on 24th Aug-11. I too was told by my friends to rush to exam else the PMBOK-4 will be changed and all that stuff. Be sured guys, nothing is going to be changed unless 2013 as per the PMBOK review committee meeting. I get daily updates from PMI as I am a paid member of Arab Chapter.

Now let me throw some light on these speculations, there is a slight change in the PMP exam after 31st Aug-11 and that is

********* The questions related to Ethics have been evenly distributed among all other knowledge areas ******* PMBOK4 is not changed, it is still the same.
