Hello,i recently entered malaysia on a visa with reference for an employment pass.i was given the 30 day special pass stamp for the endorsement stage by immigration.there was a slight change on the start date of my job and the company is saying they will collect my passport for endorsement on the start date with will be the 24th day of my special pass.Will this not be a late application if they do that? I dont want to have issues with immigration but the company keeps insisting that they will collect my passport on the start date

It is perfectly of for the employer to collect your passport on the 24th day of your pecial Pass. You still have another 6 days to go before it expires. The passport needs to be submitted to the Immigration Dept and payments for the Employment Pass needs to be made. After payments, the passport could br ready in 5 working days. I dont think you will have any issues or problem.
