Hi there

I have a poor and unfortunate female friend who have been living in saudi arabia for 2 and a half decades without an saudi resident ID, and I was thinking if they're resources available, no matter the cost and fees to get a iqama issued for her?

With resources and contacts, she is going to be able to leave. But getting an Iqama, it will be next to impossible unless she marries someone who sponsors her and even then, it will require a lot of influential people to help considering the long length of illegal stay.

Exit is not a problem as I already mentioned. The problem is that OP wants her to be able to stay.

for employee iqama is different usually 60 but depends on your Sponsor some still keeping more then 60 years old employee
and dependent like mother , father and wife don't have age restriction.
for kids untill 18 or 21 i think
