1. Sofia
2. BGN - Bulgarian Lev (plural - Leva)
3. Complicated one - there is a lion in the crest, the colours of the flag (vertical from top to bottom - White, Green, Red) and perhaps the phrase in the crest saying "The unity makes strenght".
4. Bulgarian. With many dialects. Depends on the part of the country, some sounds like turkish (southern Bulgaria). There is huge gypsy presence in the country. But they are not the majority.
