It took some research. Many get lost looking for the old police academy.

This us the address to the new building:

Passports,Emigration and Nationality Administration.
12 Al Seka Al Beydaa

As stated before-no parking. You need to walk in from a busy street and surrounding community.

It opens at 8am. Highly recommend arriving early.
